Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong size shipped The sweatpants are good quality. Unfortunately, you sent the wrong size. I paid $18 for express delivery so I could take them to UK for Christmas. I ordered 2XL from women’s page but got 3XL. I took them anyway but they’re way too big plus the ankles do not have cuffs or elastic so are very long so I will have to bring them back again. Very frustrating. Your sizing is very confusing as they do say men’s 2XL as well as women’s 3XL but I ordered from women’s page on your site. I did call customer service and they agreed to refund the delivery charge. I will return them to a store when I get back to Canada. Hopefully more sizes will be available then. A lot of hassle though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing on the tags different from website The website sizing is confusing. I clicked L but when it came it shows L + XL. Two sizes on the tag. I understand it’s men’s/women’s sizing, but that’s not how the website size selection looked. I’ve taken them back to two stores but both are out of stock for a smaller size. Christmas is almost here now I don’t know what to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality I bought the green pants as I have found the salt and pepper to be quite thin and ball quickly in the last several years.. and they were just as poor quality. The inner seam of the waistband and pocket came unstitched after one wash. So disappointing because I love the fit and I can't even replace them as they've sold out of most sizes. As someone living in the territories, I have found Roots exchange & return policy is quite limiting for a Canadian company.
