I buy this for my husband every year as his Christmas Present since he works outdoors, i really love the quality of Roots Sweatpants and Sweatshirts, however i noticed this recent purchase, the material has gotten lighter not the same quality as Roots is known for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful online shopping experience I ordered this online and within the hour after i picked out, paid for the item and got an order confirmation, i received another email to say Roots did not have the item in stock and my order was cancelled. Horrible first time online shopping experience and will never do it again. For such an expensive and reputable brand, they really need to upgrade their online shopping system to keep up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointing to Say the least I purchased two hoodies with lots of excitement as I have been a customer for Roots for 20+ years. Have loved their products... until this time. I excitedly wore my hoody, only to later find out that the stitching that holds the hood to the body was literally coming apart at the seams. After speaking to customer service over the phone this was dubbed as "usual wear and tear," which begs the question of is this is usual, why are these products getting past quality control. A refund or exchange (which is what I really wanted) was not preformed. This will be the last purchase I will be making from Roots moving forward.
