This has been an amazing investment as this backpack fits a lot without looking ridiculous. Although it is not lined this has not been an issue for me (no noticeable shedding). Overall an amazing, comfortable, high quality backpack

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good bag, some defects The leather will pill for the first month or so, so expect bitsof leather on books and whatever you put in. The zipper also misaligned (the zipper came apart at the far sides, where the connector pulls can't reach) so it doesn't stay done up. This happened about 2 years in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Amazing bag if it were lined I got this bag thinking it would be the backpack to commute with. But because it's not lined the leather bits get on and in everything. On my sweater, inside my books and any material and item that it can. It's so disappointing. Because of this I never wear it and it's honestly a waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag for work or travel I bought this bag 5 years ago now and it has been all over Europe, North America and the Caribbean. It fits great under the seat on airplanes as a carryon and is very comforatble for carrying on day trips. I also use it daily for work to carry a laptop and work gear. The leather ages very well and the bag has held up perfectly through a lot of use and some abuse. The side snap pocket could be bigger as not much fits in there. Overall, a great prodcut and will last a lifetime !
