Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wrong colour received I purchased a Natural colour of the Slimfold Side Flap Tribe and received a Chocolate colour. I contacted Roots customer service and was informed the only solution is to return the incorrect item and repurchase the correct colour. My original $9 shipping fee (which is already sketchy because I chose to PICK UP in store) will not be refunded. So I'm out $9 and a couple weeks of time for Roots' mistake. Be careful with ordering online from Roots. Other brands have better online shopping experiences. Wallet itself seems nice at first glance.
