According to the Size Chart I was to order a size "2", but that size was not on the form when ordering. I went for a Small because that was the Woman's size that I required. Upon receipt of the item, the size was a Small Men's which was too big for me so it had to be returned and the right size ordered, being an XS Men's. A bit of an inconvenience in having to return the first one to the store, but it was delivered to my home which was a big help since I do not live near a Roots store. I think there should be something altered on the order form as to the sizing to avoid this happening, as I understand from the store employee this has been happening to others.
