They were final sale, but I wasn't made aware that there wasn't actually any availability until AFTER placing the order. The sweats came through, but I can't swap them out to get a matching set now.

I have written twice (never received a response) and called the service desk once. They informed me it was to be shipped from a store but there appeared to be a problem. I asked for a refund and they told me my account was frozen, so they weren't able to do that. Told me to call back in a few days. I do not understand, as the item I ordered is still available online. I do like Roots products but will not order anything online from them again.
