I placed 2 orders within 2 days of each other and same thing - 1/2 the order was cancelled when I needed both for the set. Useless and now I have some returns to do.

But Roots cancelled my order without letting me know and sent me the pair of socks that I had decided to put in my shopping bag to reach the free shipping limitation. I spent more than an hour trying to reach customer service and there was no resolution. I will never shop Roots again. And then just rub salt in the wound. They send me this request to give them feedback.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing with the sizing I ordered two of the hoodies, one in small and one in medium. It was not written online that these hoodies come in small/medium, and large/medium. It would’ve been nice to have a customer service agent call instead of deciding that we needed a large so now we have one large hoodie that doesn’t look as great as the small mediums.
