Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service Customer service was terrible at roots store…I brought the pants to return for a different size or store credit and the cashier inputted the return incorrectly saying they returned the money to my account which never happened. I left the store and was never given a receipt or anything to show for the refund and have not received it. Train your staff properly and managers should try to resolve issues not just tell customer “I’m sorry I wasn’t paying attention”.
