Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this!!! Definitely worth it I have one in every single colour! It’s super soft and quite supportive for daily use. I’d suggest sizing down if you want a bit of a lifting effect, but it is low impact so I wouldn’t use it to work out. Weight is distributed evenly so your shoulders won’t hurt from any weight from the straps.
