I've purchased dresses in this fabric before so I was surprised to find that the fabric was thinner and you could see through the dark colors. Roots used to be a really good brand but their quality has tanked over the years. I suspectthey're using vendors who cut a lot of corners to keep profits high.

I got so many amazing compliments on it and everybody asked where I got this dress and when I mentioned I got it at Roots, some people did not know Roots had dresses. its perfect for the spring and summer. you can dress it up and also dress it down. the material is amazing. light weight, breathable, moist wicking and honestly perfect length for me as I am 5' so I'm not that tall. if you are taller than that then its perfect as a mid calf length which is very cute as well. so its very versatile for all heights. overall I would recommend for everybody!
