I have been a ROOTS customer for decades and this brand never ever ever goes out of style along with comfort & quality. I almost applied to your Orfus location but I would have bought every item with my hard earned money. LOL

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing varies wildly - buyer beware I bought these Organic Original Slim Cuff Sweatpants in Green for my fiancee. I purchased a size medium and they fit great. For her birthday, I ordered the same product (also size medium) but this time in grey (salt & pepper). The grey pair was SO much smaller than the original green pair I purchased- it did not fit at all, despite listing the same size on the tag. Unfortunately I purchased these as a gift months in advance and did not think there would be a sizing issue, so I am outside the return window. I reached out to support to explain the situation, but they were unwilling to fix the issue. Now a $84 pair of sweatpants is going to Good Will. If you read other reviews, you will notice others report same issue with the product. That's enough for me to never buy another product from Roots. YMMV.
