As always Roots clothes are very soft, well made, durable and made to last a long time as long as you wash your clothes properly. I have bought from Roots for the last twenty years and will continue to. I do wish all of Roots pants came in tall sizes as a option just like a individual can purchase a size medium. Right now there are only a few pairs of pants that you can buy in a tall size. Myself and my four daughters are between 5'9" to 6'1" so sometimes we may like a certain brand but can't purchase the trackpants because they are not long enough. The last issue for us is the pricing. We realize the clothing is well made and lasts, but the pricing is also over priced on many items. This is why we try and wait for a sale or will shop elsewhere.

I had to go through e-mails to see a cancelation from them. A better system is needed, one that adds a personal touch, especially during hoilday times.
