Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Bag came without a leather beaver attachment or original price tag. I think they sent me someone else’s return? I didn’t like the colour it’s a weird taupe so I returned it. I didn’t even look for the price tag when I received the bag, then the store clerk had some attitude when she couldn’t find it either like I had used the bag. She finally found a small handwritten unattached ticket inside. No beaver inside the bag either. Probably won’t order from roots again. Last time I ordered sale items the order went through then I received 3 separate emails the products were unavailable. Sorry last part was off topic.
