The products were shipped back to the main warehouse and now my kids don’t get their Roots hoodie for Christmas. Nothing was done for me whatsoever, no accountability, I was offered the same price if I wanted to re-order and that’s the best they could do. Not impressed

This was an item I got as a replacement for the last bad quality item (grease stains on brand new sweater) and it was ripped when it got here. Couldn’t risk returning via Canada post due to strike so I’m stuck with it.
