Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for lean boys too - gender neutral colours! We have all three colours (navy, black and salt and pepper) for our son who is a very lean 7 year old. These fit him through the thigh better than the boys selection, and I always love the cuff on him. The navy colour is my favourite (a nice, rich dark blue - closer to a midnight colour rather than royal). For reference he is approx 46" tall, about 40 lbs and he's in size 6 with lots of room to grow. These will fit him for two years I imagine, and then be passed onto our daughter. A win! We also find Roots track pants to be cozy warm for winter, and a great addition on really cold ski days over the long johns but slim enough to fit in the ski boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect plaid shirt Perfect plaid shirt Great for layering Looks and feels so amazing My daughter is 6 years old but purchased a size xl..I find roots items runs smaller however she is taller and bigger than the average 6 year old she’s more around that of an 8-9 year old for her height and weight..it’s not too long nor big..just the right fit.
