Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed by bag and return experience I ordered this bag online because I was looking for a good quality, leather cross boy style purse. As soon as I open the delivery box, I was disappointed by the quality and thought it looked a lot better in the online pictures than in person. I found it odd that the tags were actually unattached and inside of the bag. I brought it to Roots at Oshawa Centre mall to return, still wrapped in the paper from the delivery box. When I told the person working at the cash register that I had an online order to return (friendly, polite, smiling), I didn’t even get a verbal response. He looked it over several times without saying anything to me still, and then called for a manager. I asked if there was a problem, and he said that it looked like it had been used. I felt very insulted and told him that it had come with the tags unattached inside of the purse, and was still wrapped in the paper packaging it was shipped in because as soon as I saw it, I put it right back in the delivery box. The manager passed by for a brief second and signal, I guess, approval for the return. He went through the process of doing the return and said I’d get an email. This experience will make me think long and hard before buying anything from Roots again.

I Love that my wallet fits inside however wish the bag had small expandable sides like my other bags for those times when you need to bring a little more but do not want to bring the full size bag. I also find the strap to be too thin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 'evening' bag I have this particular black purse which is ideal for an evening out - just enough space for a wallet, phone and a lipstick. I also have MANY other Roots (cross body) leather bags in a multitude of colours and I love them immensely! I find the leather quality really good and they have and continue to serve me well. I will always purchase Roots leather bags!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Small Bag The Edie Bag Cervino is the perfect size for me. Not big and bulky but holds all I need … wallet, checkbook, sunglasses, phone. The pebbled leather is of high quality and attractive. I actually can’t wait for it to show a little wear. Zippers keep everything safe . I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Edie Bag Cervino I bought this bag in Chocolate when it was on sale. I have more than one Edie bag. I like them for minimalist days. I just wish that Roots could enlarge the size of this bag somewhat. Length and height could be better with a little more inside room. The Cervino leather is quite nice and zippers are always good. It would be a much better bag if it was bigger.
