For a couple of hundred dollars for a hat and sweater that looks shabby after one day wearing it is pretty sad. I bought one for my husband for xmas ( the ski lift one) and it has the same problem plus there is something that is constantly poking him in the back shoulder that for the life of us we tried to find and can't figure out what it is. So although I love the look I'm kinda done with the low quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sweater, please get more stock! I think all of your shoppers that didn’t get a chance to buy one of these cardigans would agree that you need to get more in stock. I was able to purchase it but by some weird twist of fate Roots ran out of my size and refunded my purchase. The refund was seamless which is great, I just really wanted the cardigan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable— oversized sweater. A very nice, quality, warm sweater. It’s a good weight. The “classic” sizing is a bit oversized in my opinion. I generally wear a large, snd this sweater in a size Large is a bit longer and wider and longer in the sleeves than I like. The material is very soft and feels great against the skin. I wear a lot of wool blend or 100% wool sweaters and so perhaps my skin might be more used to it, so “your mileage may vary”… I find it to be quite comfortable, albeit oversized. Was considering exchanging for a size Medium but they’re sold out. This is a great seasonal sweater that isn’t purely “Christmas”. For reference im a 44” chest and 5’9”. This sweater measures 24” across the front in a size Large and the sleeves are pretty long.
