I have a Roots hot water bottle from a few years ago that I absolutely love and wanted to get one for my friend. I could not find it in store so I decided to order it online knowing that mine was great. I rarely buy online because you can't see the quality. So you can understand the disappointment when I received this one. They changed the manufacturing and it is significantly less nice than the one I own. It looks sturdy enough to not leak, altough the lid/screw is less sturdy than on the older model. But my biggest issue is the outside pouch is just a rectangle; the ''neck'' isn't fitted like a turtleneck so it just flops around and looks awful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relief I bought this for a gift for my sister who has forever always had issues with her stomach. She said she absolutely loves it. The cabin sweater over top is very warm and provides extra heat. She says she prefers this over the electrical ones. She stated that there isn't a fire hazard with these ones and that she can get stomach relief without having to worry about a thing.
