Rated 1 out of 5 by from Purchasing online at Roots is an awful experience I purchased these as gifts for friend's kids online. I also paid for the expedited / premium shipping. Unfortunately Roots does not adequately have auto updates for your packages so I had no idea it was being delivered by FedEx. Regardless, I was tracking the order every day, but by the time I noticed it got delivered (only a few hours after it was delivered), the package was gone. They ended up delivering to our apartment lobby where it is clearly unsecured. While this is a FedEx issue, it was frustrating that Roots didn't send update emails since package theft is very common nowadays. In addition, they should have marked it as sign for delivery considering I paid extra for shipping. Lastly, when I reached out to Roots customer support, they were very unhelpful and simply opened a missing package case with FedEx. I now have no gifts and have to wait 30 days for some sort of verdict on this case. I am not optimistic about the results. Shame because Roots clothing is generally good quality, but I doubt I'll ever purchase from them again online since their logistics and online customer support is awful.
