Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strap too long. Only a small adjustment possible. The adjustability of the strap is extremely limited. My last Roots bag was fabulous. It had 2 front pockets and a completely adjustable strap. I carried my cellphone in a front pocket. Recently I got a new, larger phone and needed a larger pocket to accommodate it. I ordered this purse for tat purpose. I had to take it to a shoe repaire shop to have 12 inches removed from the strap.

The crossbody is a great bag and because of it being adjustable, it sits nicely on hip. Great pocket outside back for keeping your iPhone close. Lining is lovely as it helps me find items in bag quickly. Quality shows!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Sits perfectly across my body (am 1.69 tall, normal built) and the zips and pouches just work for me. The leather work is beautiful. Considering buying a slim wallet to go with the bag too. So glad I found this bag ❤️

This bag is the perfect size - a little larger than the Village bag however I wished that it had the swivel type connection for the cross body strap as this one gets twisted.

I have had other roots bags in the past mainly crossbody and this strap is by far the best design and it’s quite light weight. It’s very roomy for being a medium sized bag with lots of zippered compartments and a handy magnetic closure front for quick access. I would recommend this bag to anyone. And as always the leather is great quality.
