Thinner fabric than previous years…
I own loads of Roots sweatpants and hoodies…love them! Fit is great but I found this hoodie’s fabric is much lighter-weight than previous years. Not thick and warm as expected.

The sweatshirt itself is beautiful. I ordered a men’s medium and received something much closer to a youth medium. Prior to Roots introducing unisex sizing on clothing, it was much easier and accurate to order the correct size online.

Original Kanga Sweater
I love Roots Sweaters & have many. This is a nice sweater, but definitely not the exact same as the original. I have a couple from years ago & there is a difference in the material.

Bottom band is a little loose. Got the small shoylders fit well, but rest feels like theres too much material. Overall, a great hoodie though, and beautiful saturated green colour

Lovely Colour
I remember Roots sweats being thicker back in the 80's but the quality is still fantastic. The red is gorgeous, just muted enough to still be a neutral that I can wear with anything. Very happy with this purchase, hopping back online to buy some other colours!!!
