After placing my order online on December 1st, I received confirmation of payment but never received any notice that my item had been shipped. I waited 22 days without any updates or tracking information. I reached out to customer service three times and received unhelpful replies, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my purchase. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected a professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and without the product I paid for. I would not recommend this company to others based on this poor handling of my order. I hope this feedback prompts improvement in your processes for future customers, though I am highly unlikely to shop here again.
