Rated 4 out of 5 by from Length is off but still a winner A bit shorter than I'd prefer, especially because it is not advertised as a cropped hoodie, which is definitely what it is closer to. Nevertheless it is so thick, soft, and warm, I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing material! This is actually the softest hoodie I've owned. The material has a really tight knit and it looks very pretty too. It's also thicker than other hoodies I have (thicker and nicer feeling than Lulu scubas). My only slight negative is I wish the sleeves were slightly longer but I do have broader shoulders so it may just be a "me" issue haha. Love it though and I'd buy more styles with this material!

I contacted Roots customer service about it, and the only thing they did was tell me that it must have been an "accident" and refused to do an exchange or a refund. They only offered me a 20% off in a future purchase. This was the first hoodie I ever bought from them, and I was SO EXCITED to finally have one! To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. For the price I paid, I expected WAY better quality.
