This Olive Seymour shacket looks nothing like the photos posted online (it is very faded, and has almost no colour (the dark green, red is nowhere near what is pictured online- I would equate this with you thinking you were buying deep black jeans and you got faded-out grey jeans instead). For this price, you expect honesty and transparency from Roots (who took these photos, was a filter used? Are there checks and balances in place to ensure what customers purchase online matches what is being sold?). I want a refund. Extremely disappointed.
