High-quality fabric (thick, durable, soft), comfortable design shape, and a nice shift from the darker colours of the Park Plaid shirt (all of which I have and love, but nice to have a lighter option as well). Definitely size down by one size from your usual Roots size, as the relaxed-fit version is not just a different shape -- it's a different size altogether, both in sleeve length and shoulder width. These Roots Park Plaid shirts (regular fit and relaxed fit) are my go-to staple for colder months, as they feel so comfortable and warm to wear, without the bulk of a sweater. I hope Roots will continue to make these shirt to the same high standard forever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Park Plaid Flannel This park plaid is thick and warm. It washed up well. It shrinks a little when first washed (it’s 100% cotton) but not significantly. I normally wear large as I like these shirts to hang nicely. I purchased a medium and fits well even after the Shrinking. If you are a plaid lover like me you will love this shirt. Be cautious when ordering as there is another similar looking shirt that I believe is a little less$ make sure it’s the park plaid if you want the heavier thicker shirt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent, but fit is exceptionally large. Beautiful shirt but definitely fits very large. I usually take a size Large in most shirts, ordered a Medium after looking at other reviews, but I ended up fitting into a Small. I was able to exchange it at a local store where I tried on the size Small and it fits perfectly. Otherwise the shirt is an excellent, cozy & warm shirt that I look forward to wearing.
