Online order arrived today and to my absolute surprise the hoody is made of lower quality jersey mix with mostly black colour and some white specs. Not the same quality and texture as “matching” sweatpants. What happen to good quality heavy duty fabric? Why Roots is compromising the quality and still charge $92.00 for cheap piece of clothing? I am speechless and can not describe the disappointment and frustration. Please see the photo with the hoody on the top and pants on the bottom. Do you see the huge difference? Going back to the nearest store for a full refund!
