My first pair of Roots sweatpants were black with “Roots” on the bum. I love that 10 years later I can still buy them but now in a trendy colour like Oatmeal. Beautiful. Soft. So comfy!

She also has an older pair of the salt and pepper sweats, this oatmeal color is a great color to pair with casual outfits. And quality is great as usual

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the same quality Slightly disappointed. This is my 2nd pair of sweat pants from Roots since 2015. The 1st pair lasted 7 years so of course when you had a sale at 20% off I grabbed my chance to buy again. There are some differences in quality. No roots logo on drawstring anymore, no inner secret pocket. Material seems thinner than before. I washed the pants before wearing and the burgundy fabric pilled like mad and tainted the white roots logo. It's not the worst issue in the world, there are bigger problems than a pr of sweatpants lol, but I never got to wear the pants in perfect condition. Looking at the pilling irritates me, good thing it's on the backside. Will still wear them of course, but just not loving them like my 1st pair. Thank you.
