Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad sizing Sizing was incredibly small - I usually fit a Women's XL as loose pants. Bought what should have fit like a XL and it barely fit, was skin tight and generally uncomfortable. I have noticed fit/sizing change in Roots sweatpants over the years, my sweats from 8 years ago (mens M) fit comfortably, now there isn't a single style that fits well or true to size.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poorly made The sweatpant had the potential to be very cool and the fabric is nice, but I'm disappointed with the quality. The pant arrived with twisted seams so the seam going down the left leg always turns in front of my leg. Also, there is a small hole in the seam inside the same leg. I used to buy from Roots years ago and the quality was amazing, but this one is just not up to par. I would not recommend.

They definitely are a bit tighter right out of the wash but after just an hour they loosen up and fit perfectly. Some people mentioned they fit a bit small but I don't find that at all, I am usually a womens XXL and purchased a size 6

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing is way off While I appreciate the gender free concept, I’m not sure why the sizing is being compared to women’s and men’s sizes, it’s untrue. The size 2, compared to a women’s small, was way too short, way too tight in the thighs, and way too big in the waist. Returned in store and the staff were so rude. Never again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful colour So the legs are tight but I do have above average thickness in the legs. I found that after wearing them for a bit they loosened up and are comfortable. They are super warm which is needed going into an Ontario winter. Zippers on pockets are a nice touch! If you want these baggy like your traditional roots sweats, size up. I wish I had but I got them on sale so I have to make do.
