A few days ago (in January 2024) I noticed that some threads on the front design were coming loose, to the point where I don't think I can keep using it without ruining the logo. I've been wearing Roots stuff for years and have never had a materials issue before. The difference here is that the logo is stitched on with actual thread. Customer service said this was normal wear and tear and that they would not replace it. I therefore advise against buying the anniversary hoodie. Comfy but unusable after 4 months of regular wear.
