Rated 1 out of 5 by from My Gildan sweater is better quality Terrible quality, fell apart littering my house with small balls of green fabric before I even washed it. Once I did throw it in the wash - inside and on a cold cycle - and dryer, the sweat pants and matching sweater had lost so much fabric my lint trap was overflowing with green fabric. Additionally, roots’ customer service and trying to get my money back has been nothing short of painful. They have not answered my emails, prompting me to send multiple follow ups. They’ve asked for photo and video proof, which I sent, only for them to request more and ultimately tell me that I need to ship the product back to them in order to get my money back. Combined, the sweater and sweatpants were over $200 CAD. I cannot emphasize enough how not worth it this product is, and how poor the customer service experience is.
