Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Extremely disappointed. Disappointed. I ordered the same size I had previously. As it was a non-gender specific sizing, The items I received are massive. They fit like tents. As it was a “final sale” without option to exchange size etc, I am extremely disappointed not in the quality of the items but rather in the company itself. Why list something as non-gender sizing if that is not accurate??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gender Free sizing really means MENS sizing! A note to other shoppers. “Gender Free” means unisex in Roots’ language (who knew!) BUT the sizes they show on their website are the MENS equivalent size…and a mens small is obviously much larger than a women’s small…which is what I ordered (yes, when I have the women’s gender filter on I assume you’re showing women’s sizes)
