It wasn't simply mixing up a digit but a completely different address, including the billing address, I don't even know how i was charged as it's not the billing address associated with my card. Customer service was less than sympathetic. I have received much better service from smaller companies who offered refunds, exchanges, or even to keep the incorrect items, they all had a lot more to lose than a major company, and they will be who i give my money to exclusively from now on.

I bought this sweatshirt on price but it's not even sale price, the material used is very thin compared to their standard sweatshirts and it feels you are wearing low quality product or counterfeit.

Sadly, it feels like a (very) cheap sweatshirt with a nice-looking appliqué. Can’t decide if I’ll return or not. Definitely not the Roots quality I grew up with. Fits true to size.
