Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved it until I washed it :( I bought this at the Roots store in the mall as a last minute decision just before heading out on vacation to wear on the plane. I wore it ONCE (unwashed at that point). I am home and just washed it for the first time, and the sleeve now has a big hole in it! The quality of the fabric seems compromised, and the fibres like pulled apart or something, with pilling already, after ONE wash. :( So disappointing, I paid $98 plus tax for this beautiful (so I thought) hoodie that I got to wear once. I only washed it alone on the short cycle because it was new, and I always wash new clothing items separate a couple times first to try and get out the chemicals that are used in the manufacturing process. I'm so bummed. What a waste of money.

The fit is perfect and the comfort is even better than I imagined. I’ll definitely purchase another color. The quality of the cotton is outstanding.

I was in Victoria over Christmas and purchased an Organic Original Full Zip Hoodie. I loved it so much I purchased two more in the same size at roots.com. I was so disappointed when they arrived and fit completely differently from the one I bought just 6 weeks ago at Christmas. I'll be returning them.
