I never received the product, customer service only resolved the issue after countless calls and multiple days of waiting. Status kept saying shipment pending but customer service could not track my order nor could they cancel it. Any other well-known brand would have cancelled the order, sent me a refund and even have sent me the product no charge. Disappointing! Will NEVER order from Roots again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware: Comfy but Pill After 3 Wears I bought these sweatpants for black friday in a size medium (I typically wear M-L depending due to having >11in hip to waist ratio) and they fit great. They get the two stars because they are so comfy and cute! However, why are these $60 sweatpants pilling in the crotch area on the third wear! This is ridiculous and not what I expected buying from a reputable brand like Roots. Very disappointing, considering I bought sweatpants from p'tula for $30 last christmas, have worn them 3x a week every week since, and haven't had any pilling at all on those. Would not recommend these, save your money for something else.
