Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ordered and Not Shipped With NO Customer service I placed the order on December 1, 2025. My order has not shipped yet. I have called 3 times and have been told that there is nothing customer service can do other then send a request to look into it. There is no manager to speak to or any other department as those departments do not accept phone calls. I have also sent 4 emails with no response. The lack of customer service from Roots is not acceptable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very low quality fabric I tried these on in store and loved the fit so much that I was willing to pay the high price for them, expecting a quality piece that would last years. However after jut a few washes, the inner and outer softness became rough and pilled, to the point of being uncomfortable to wear. They also stretch out over time. I have sweatpants for much cheaper that have stayed soft wash after wash, and I’m really disappointed that these were such a letdown, considering I really liked the fit.

I own the Originals in the grey, salt and pepper from a few yrs back and love the material and fit. These felt thicker/heavier and looked bulkier right away. I wore the black pair and they stretched out during the day. I wasn’t happy with the feel or fit. I compared the composition to my older pair and that’s where the difference is. Older pair, 55% cotton/45%polyester. New ones, 80% organic cotton/20% recycled polyester. The fit and feel is definitely off and not as flattering to wear, so I returned the other 3 pairs in store. Please bring back the old composition.
