Due to the pleats going straight to the waistband they don’t sit completely flat in the back, which would be fine for those with small hips (which I am not) and sized up for this reason. The smaller size would likely have fit my waist better as the one I ordered is a bit loose but it would have made the pleat puckering worse, so I stayed with the one I got.

I like the length is a fairnchunk longer than the Lululemon versions but wish pockets were on both sides instead of just the right. The legs of the shorts do tend to ride up a bit, but otherwise a very cute skort and very comfy.
