After speaking to customer service the only option they gave me was to return the coat in store for store credit and reorder online, leaving my son without a coat in the winter for days. They rejected my option of shipping me a new coat and then returning the old one or giving my money back. Not only is a peeling zipper dangerous for a toddler coat as many toddlers chew on zippers and it could have been ingested but leaving me with the only option of having my son without a coat for a few days in the winter is also cruel. Very poor quality and terrible customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Jacket Loved this jacket but it is a smaller make than usual for Roots. I find most of their sizes run bigger but not this jacket. Returned but didn’t reorder because returns are paid by the customer and it was quite expensive. I’m not a big fan of large companies charging the return cost especially when they are much pricier than most other companies.
