Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Control - Size 4 There is definitely a problem with the size 4 in this sweater. My local store had 3 of this size all of which had the yarn knotted then ending at the right collar tip. The yarn had a 1/2 inch tail which was fully visible and no way to hide. I chose to order online hoping to get a sweater from a different production run. I paid $9 shipping to home otherwise my order would have been “pick up from the store” and pulled from the store stock I had already seen. The sweater I received was even worse than those in store. The delivered version had the knots and extra yarn tail but in addition there was yarn visible looped over two kitted rows in the collar. I returned to the store to return the online order where the clerk was able to find another sweater with the knotting on the underside of the collar. She exchanged sweaters with me. This purchase took 2 trips to my local Roots store, an online order that cost me much of the sale savings. In the end I have the best choice in an imperfect product.
