It’s soft and falls nicely on my side and lightweight. I also love the option of wearing it as a shoulder bag. The only con in my opinion is that it’s a little bit difficult to open with one hand because of the curvature of the bag's zipper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small Lexi Bag Cloud Perfect size and shape BUT the zipper was very difficult to open unless I used both hands - one to pull the zipper edge and one to actually open the zipper. Very inconvenient when trying to reach anything inside, especially a cell phone. I reluctantly returned the purse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hmmm I bought both sizes of the Lexi bag because the style is perfect for me. However, I am not a fan of the cloud leather. I think it looks and feels cheap and not up to Roots standards. Also, a huge annoyance is that the gusset the zipper is in is so flimsy (cloud leather issue or design fault maybe?) that it takes two hands to open the zipper: one hand to make the gusset taut enough to actually be able to activate the zipper, and the other hand to unzip. I am only keeping the bags because I love the style but will only use them when I don’t need to be opening and closing them multiple times on that occasion because it is so annoying. Fix the zipper issue and make these in Cervino leather (or Prince-why don’t you make that anymore?) and I would buy again in a heartbeat. Cloud just looks too cheap to me.
