Measure around your natural waist, just above the navel.
Stand with feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips.
Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.
With arms relaxed, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure from the center of the back neck to the wrist.
