Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service, and quality gone down I bought this black hoodie along with a pair of black bf sweatpants this past Thursday. I washed both products the following day - following the washing guidelines on the tags. I did not get a chance to wear either item. BOTH products tore out of the whole laundry load, no other product in my washer had this issue. Very poor quality. Customer service is refusing to issue an exchange, their reasoning is “accidental damage”. Not purchasing Roots going forward. I expected better from a brand that markets itself on quality and durability. Unfortunately, Roots has not taken responsibility or resolved this fairly. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this, because right now, the customer experience does not match the reputation they claim to uphold.

This is the first zip up hoodlie I can zip up easily and it sits comfortably around my hips and my chest. There's no pulling or tugging. I am happy to have found d a great quality hoodie that will keep me warm through fall but also looks good.
