Shortly after that, when I placed my order, the website indicated stock in my size/colour and I placed the order. But sometime later I got a notification via email that the order could not be fulfilled. Very disappointed. No alternative product was offered on sale at that price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality I bought the green pants as I have found the salt and pepper to be quite thin and ball quickly in the last several years.. and they were just as poor quality. The inner seam of the waistband and pocket came unstitched after one wash. So disappointing because I love the fit and I can't even replace them as they've sold out of most sizes. As someone living in the territories, I have found Roots exchange & return policy is quite limiting for a Canadian company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing like the old quality, fit is terrible These pants have a terrible fit zero shape and uncomfortable, the photos do not show well that these are straight leg which I didn't want (I knew it wasn't elastic at the bottom but they looked a little more fit to the ankle which they are not) The color was very strange and felt cheaper than the original sweatpants in my order, which even those are not as good as they used to be. Also I was charged for the return so do not order from this company online.
