Rated 1 out of 5 by from Online bad experiences Very disappointed. I have ordered twice and it showed at the website that they have availability, after payment, I got order confirmation. By next day they canceled both of my orders and saying they didn't have the items in stock. It's like a joke after deducting the money from my account. And they will refund your money in couple of days.! This shouldn't be happening if they have good update systems of their stocks availability at their website since they are a Canadian big company. I have wasting my time. Never again ordering from Roots.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zipper is defected and Roots won't replace or fix I bought this on sale this week and Roots refuses to replace the zipper. I still have the tag but not attached but it's unworn as I just recieved it. I didnt think their stuff would be this poor quality so that's why the tag was removed so I can wear it. I dont know why they would put things on final sale and actually sell defected items and then say its not returnable because the tag was removed and its a 2023 collection. Literally forced me to donate my $ to Roots. Horrible experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely, long, slim fit (not tight) feminine hoodie I have and adore four of the capri full zip long hoodies. I have two in black, one in the blue, and one in deep green (from years ago). I am taller at 5' 10, with a full bust and narrow waist and wide hips and these slim fit but long hoodies are amazing. The dual zips are great but take a bit of time to get used to if you aren't familiar with them, and if you unzip the bottom zip a bit you can accommodate wider hips without the hoodie riding up. I can't stand the shorter hoodies, and these Roots capri full zip hoodies remind me of the most excellent aritzia super long hoodies from the 2010s. Plus they are cozy and when you zip up to the collar provides a lot of protection on a cool day. If you are a shorter gal, you probably would enjoy having the slim fit with some length too that covers your derriere a bit without fitting like a sack of potatoes!! My only concern is that they might discontinue these!! And also PLEASE bring more colours. I am nervous that they are going to discontinue these hoodies because I love them so much
