Item shipped from Ottawa and I received it quickly in Montreal BUT with the security tag still on ;( Went to local Roots shop and they were unable to locate the tool to remove it, so after waiting about 15 minutes they offered me a refund, which I accepted. Then an hour later, local shop called to tell me they found the tool, so I could return and pay full price again for the same item. I declined. So much for the convenience of online shopping. Great product. Poor after sales service. I would have expected something, anything (10% off?)as token compensation for their mistake that cost my time, but was offered none.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy and Stylish I usually wear baggy clothing and this sweater did not disappoint. I love that since it’s meant to be oversized it’s very balloon like at the forearms and near the hip but the cuffs at my wrists and hip help give it some shape. Definitely my favourite sweater I have at the moment.
