Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad design, ended up returning it Pros: The inside is comfortable and feels great when stationary. Plus, it looks stylish from a distance. Roots customer service, return policy, and experience were fantastic. Cons: The walking experience was very uncomfortable, almost as if nobody tested it before releasing the product. There was a "stiffness" throughout but maybe that's because it was brand new and not broken in. When I walked around in it, it would slip right off because of the polyester fur being so smooth so I would instinctively curl my toes to keep the slipper on while walking. Overall: Underwhelming quality, I would personally not recommend it even if it was on clearance.
