I ordered the same size but one sweater is smaller than the other which is annoying as I liked how the "bigger" size small fit. It was final sale so I can't return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AFTER WEEKS I ordered this on Black Friday 2025 and as of December 12 have not received my package. It was stuck for multiple days in customs and I was receiving constant calls from FedEx saying that the seller did not provide adequate information and they couldn't send my package through to the US until they get that information. They said they contacted Roots and didn't get a response so that's why they kept calling me for the information (which I didn't have!) Shipping has just been a mess, we will see if I get what I ordered.
