Only improvement would be having “feet” on bottom to protect the bottom when bag is on the floor, which is fairly often as bag is too large to keep on a table or lap. I’ve taken mine to a luggage repair shop to have “feet” put on the bottom. Let me know if Roots would like to pay for that.
