Rated 4 out of 5 by titres from toasty warm! Love my new moc slippers!!! Toasty warm and comfy! Really like that the sole is flexible and not rigid like other slippers on the market. My only "critique" is about the leather laces. I appreciate these are meant to look like moccasins but the laces continually undo. I would rate these slippers with 5 stars if there were no laces or if somehow they were strictly decorative and didn't tie up/undo. Otherwise, wear these everyday, all day!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Samantha33 from Terrible Quality & Experience They came broken in the mail and when I went to exchange them, Roots gave me two options: return them and buy them online again for 30% MORE than I originally paid and wait 16 BUSINESS days for shipping, or don’t get them at all. No exchange or even price match offered. Terrible customer experience and with all the stores closed now I’m left with no slippers which I really wanted. Really unimpressed with quality of product and customer experience.

However, the item fell apart within less than two weeks of only wearing them inside only. The top of the slipper literally separated from the bottom. Customer service has been sub-par, and I just can't believe the price for the poor quality.
