Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in damaged item being dispatched. I ordered this poncho as a gift for my mother who will wear it overseas on her European holiday in a weeks time. It arrived with a large very noticeable pull and frayed area right in the front as tho it was dragged under a wheel or leg OG a display. I have submitted photos and a letter and am hoping to have this sorted in a timely fashion.
