Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality Not What It Used To Be After 4 months of occasional wear, cold water/hand wash setting with gentle detergent, laying flat to dry, this sweater started to pill/show little balls of fluff on the furnace so fast. At first the pilling started in the underarms and cuffs, now the entire sweater (edge to edge) is pilled. I gave this sweater 3 stars because the sweater itself, the base construction is Roots original quality (no stretching/mis-shaping, colour stays true, no shrinking - cold water wash) but in all honesty, this sweater looks years older than it is. I have a Roots Original Crew Sweatshirt, similar material, from about 5 years ago that looks brand new compared to this sweater that’s 4 months old. The quality has completely changed in many of Roots products.
